Prodorite uses proven designed in the production of Prowall insulated panels. We have a flexible manufacturing process that will ensure you get a tailored insulation that will meet your requirements. These factors are considered when designing an insulation system:

Insulation

The insulation material is high density expanded polystyrene form. Assuming constant thickness, the lower the temperature the higher the density. Prowall panels always have the correct panel thickness as per customer requirements, and are well cured before panel manufacture

 

Panel Skins

The internal and external cladding of the panels may be galvanised steel, galvanised steel with enamel finish (Chromadek). The face material of all Prowall panels has a thickness of not less than 0.6mm

The outer surfaces of panels have the following finishes:

• Galvanised - Natural galvanised Z275
• Chromadek - White frost, Silicon polyester

 

Panel Sizes

Standard panels are 1165 mm wide and any length up to 12 metres.
